Requirements
- Strong background in operations management, general management, logistics, or inventory management.
- Hands-on ability to build automations and integrations using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini).
- Fluency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Experience managing international logistics, including import/export and customs clearance processes.
- Demonstrated people management and team leadership experience.
- Proficiency with task management platforms like ClickUp.
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks and understanding of bookkeeping principles.
- Professional-level fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong e-commerce operational experience.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end shipping and fulfilment chain, including freight forwarders and 3PL warehouses.
- Manage and mentor the customer service team, including handling escalations and improving SOPs.
- Integrate and apply advanced AI automation tools to streamline operational workflows.
- Oversee inventory management, demand forecasting, and stock risk assessment.
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers, retailers, and wholesale distribution partners.
- Maintain all business SOPs and ensure accurate product catalog management.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to provide actionable commercial recommendations.
