Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in IT operations, technical operations, or infrastructure support.
- Experience as primary technology owner in a lean, high-trust environment (investment, crypto, or fintech).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, AWS, and Cloudflare administration.
- Experience with DNS, SSL/TLS, identity and access management, and endpoint management.
- Knowledge of website operations including hosting, CMS, and deployment workflows.
- Strong security judgment including least privilege, backup verification, and incident response.
- Experience with modern AI systems, LLM-based workflows, and orchestration.
- Proficiency in business automations and integration management.
- Exceptional documentation habits and professional English proficiency.
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills with a focus on limiting production impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the firm’s technology operating model including systems inventory, access standards, and vendor relationships.
- Administer Google Workspace, user lifecycles, and core security settings.
- Maintain AWS infrastructure including access, monitoring, and backups.
- Manage Cloudflare DNS, CDN, WAF, and SSL configurations.
- Operate and maintain internal AI tools, agentic workflows, and integrations.
- Manage corporate website end-to-end including CMS updates, hosting, and release management.
- Provide high-trust IT support for employees regarding devices, accounts, and software.
- Maintain security hygiene, access reviews, and incident response procedures.
- Document runbooks, system maps, and decision records.
