Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and TikTok Shop campaigns for e-commerce, DTC, or consumer brands.
- Proven track record of scaling paid advertising campaigns profitably.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and landing page optimization tools like Replo, Shogun, or GemPages.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and full-funnel acquisition strategies.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance data and translating insights into growth initiatives.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with high ownership.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok Shop, including budgets, bids, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Own key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, spend efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute TikTok Shop strategies, including creator partnerships and content testing.
- Build and manage structured creative testing programs to analyze performance and scale winning ad formats.
- Create and optimize landing pages and Shopify experiences through A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Manage analytics, attribution, and tracking systems including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and GA4.
- Provide regular reporting on performance, testing insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to expand into additional acquisition channels like Google Ads.
