Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing Meta and TikTok Shop ads for e-commerce or DTC brands.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets, achieving profitable ROAS, and scaling ad spend.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and landing page builders such as Replo, Shogun, or GemPages.
  • Strong fundamentals in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
  • Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and attribution (Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4).
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in early-stage, founder-led, and self-directed environments.
  • Experience with consumables, CPG, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, Klaviyo, and AI creative tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, optimize, and scale Meta ad campaigns including budgets, bids, and audiences.
  • Lead strategy, setup, and execution for TikTok Shop, including testing content and creator partnerships.
  • Run a structured creative testing program to iterate on angles, hooks, and formats.
  • Build and A/B test dedicated landing pages to improve conversion.
  • Optimize the Shopify store for conversion including PDPs, bundles, and checkout flow.
  • Own tracking and attribution setup using Meta Pixel, CAPI, and GA4.
  • Report weekly on ROAS, CPA, AOV, and testing results with actionable recommendations.
