Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- 2+ years managing advertising accounts with monthly spend exceeding $100,000 USD.
- Demonstrated success scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands.
- Advanced expertise in Google Ads, specifically Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
- Recent Performance Max fluency including post-2024 best practices.
- Advanced GA4 proficiency, including custom conversions, audiences, and exploration reports.
- Strong understanding of attribution, tracking discrepancies, and modern search measurement.
- Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time during Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
- Director-level mindset with the ability to manage priorities and operate independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Google Ads accounts including Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
- Design and refine account structures, keyword strategies, and negative keyword lists.
- Monitor bidding strategies, budget pacing, and campaign efficiency.
- Analyze GA4 performance, troubleshoot conversion tracking, and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Lead client communication via Slack, email, and weekly calls to present performance insights and reporting decks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align paid search with broader cross-channel strategies.
