Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Demonstrated experience in A/B testing effectiveness and maintaining a high testing velocity.
- Strong campaign leadership skills for end-to-end development in a multi-channel environment.
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms including Shopify and Wordpress.
- Ability to analyze business-level metrics such as LTV:CAC and MER.
- Proven capability to build rapport and manage relationships with executive-level contacts.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on problem-solving and continued learning.
- High level of dependability, organization, and time management skills.
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
Responsibilities
- Guide strategic decisions and growth initiatives to impact organizational revenue.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts with significant recurring revenue expectations.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional pods consisting of UI/UX designers, developers, and account managers.
- Utilize analytical tools to derive actionable insights and present metrics to clients.
- Drive rapid experimentation and A/B testing to optimize e-commerce performance.
- Facilitate transparent communication and build relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Ensure 100% compliance with proprietary system reporting and diagnostic processes.
