Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • 2+ years managing advertising accounts with monthly spend exceeding $200,000 USD.
  • Demonstrated success scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands.
  • Advanced expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns, Catalog Sales, DPA, Pixel, and CAPI.
  • Strong understanding of iOS 14+ attribution and modern Meta measurement.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with experience communicating with Western executives.
  • Ability to work full-time during Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
  • Strong client-facing skills with experience leading meetings and building relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities without constant oversight.
  • Experience working with Western clients (Australia, US, UK, or Canada).

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily Meta Ads accounts, including building, launching, and optimizing campaigns.
  • Execute audience strategies, manage Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns, and handle Catalog Sales and Dynamic Product Ads.
  • Develop creative testing hypotheses, maintain a testing cadence, and generate briefs based on performance data.
  • Monitor budget pacing, bidding, and Pixel/Conversion API (CAPI) quality assurance.
  • Maintain daily Slack availability and lead weekly client calls to present Meta performance insights.
  • Draft ad copy and conduct ongoing competitive monitoring.
