Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in paid media advertising, specifically within Paid Social.
- Mastery of the e-commerce marketing funnel and Meta direct response advertising.
- 5+ years of experience managing paid social advertising with a minimum monthly aggregate spend of $400k+.
- Expertise in creative consultation, including copy and short-form video production.
- Strong background in data-driven decision-making, budget forecasting, and spend projections.
- Proficiency in analyzing e-commerce revenue drivers and core marketing KPIs.
- Understanding of e-commerce P&Ls and financial metrics.
- Experience using Platform Ad Managers and third-party reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability remote environment.
- Comfort collaborating with leadership to manage high-growth client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies for new user acquisition and lead generation.
- Manage 5-10 Paid Media accounts with monthly spends ranging from $80,000 to $3M.
- Conduct brand and website audits to define value propositions and marketing opportunities.
- Develop and optimize direct response creative, including short-form video, to convert customers.
- Perform competitive research and monitor industry benchmarks.
- Analyze KPIs such as CPA, CAC, iROAS, nCAC, MER, aMER, CTR, TSR, and Hold Rate to drive growth.
- Develop quarterly strategies, projections, and forecasts based on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with creative teams on ad-buying decisions and creative asset production.
