Requirements
- 4+ years in product management on consumer or SaaS products.
- 1+ year experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features to production.
- Proven experience taking a product area from vision to shipped outcome.
- Hands-on experience defining and evaluating AI feature quality.
- Extremely data-driven with experience pulling and reading own data in tools like Mixpanel.
- AI-native personal workflow, including daily use of tools like Claude for prototyping.
- Track record of growth results on subscription or engagement-driven products.
- Strong ability to operate under ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills for a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the AI product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy.
- Define and prioritize AI-powered flows based on usage data and business impact.
- Translate product vision into clear user-flow specifications and quality metrics.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of features from concept through QA to production.
- Build and run a hypothesis-driven testing pipeline for AI features.
- Monitor AI landscape to maintain product advantage.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and cross-functional teams to align strategy and delivery.
