Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management with proven success defined by metrics.
- Experience managing products through the complete lifecycle, from ideation to scaled operation.
- Understanding of OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect at the conceptual level.
- Strong technical proficiency: API design principles, system integration patterns, and architectural trade-offs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills at the C-level.
- Understanding of the telco business.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information.
- Result-oriented mindset with proactive ownership of tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English.
- 1+ years of people management experience is a plus.
- Experience with platform, identity, or infrastructure-class products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own KIP end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, partner integrations, user cabinet, and cross-product capabilities.
- Set team goals, KPIs, and OKRs aligned with Kyivstar Group's ecosystem strategy.
- Manage P&L, including commercial design of cross-product use cases and revenue model evolution.
- Coordinate active partner relationships, resolving roadmap conflicts and protecting partner P&L.
- Drive architectural conversations and align on integration models with stakeholders.
- Develop and secure buy-in for product strategy at C-1 and C-level executive boards.
- Identify new revenue drivers and synergic use cases across the ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, security, legal, and marketing.
