Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise commerce backbone experience (order management, PIM, fulfillment, POS, etc.).
- Technical fluency in SQL and data analysis.
- Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Ability to collaborate with engineers on event-driven architectures and microservices.
- Data and process automation experience using analytics or predictive models.
- Experience defining OKRs and KPIs and using data to prioritize.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to synthesize complex operational processes.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and incomplete information.
- Cross-functional leadership skills across engineering, data, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution against the product roadmap for core retail platforms, integrations, and data foundations.
- Translate complex operational and business needs into scalable, reusable platform capabilities.
- Lead product execution for OMS-adjacent capabilities including order lifecycle management, inventory, and fulfillment orchestration.
- Define and evolve integration patterns, APIs, and data contracts across OMS, POS, ERP, WMS, and analytics platforms.
- Define and maintain the governance model for core data domains like customer, order, product, and inventory.
- Research and evaluate platform and vendor solutions, providing feasibility analysis for build-vs-buy decisions.
- Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities to improve operational cost and data quality.
