Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on building technical, platform, or shared-services products.
- Strong systems-thinking skills with technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Proven ability to translate organizational needs into clear, actionable platform capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional teams toward common goals without direct authority.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and establishing structure and momentum.
- Experience using data and instrumentation to inform prioritization and evaluate product success.
- Passion for AI and LLMs and understanding of their application in platform efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in fintech, lending, or regulated-industry engineering environments preferred.
- Familiarity with observability tooling, data infrastructure, or API platform work preferred.
- Exposure to developer experience programs or internal developer portals preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the roadmap for the Shared Tech platform.
- Lead prioritization and facilitate tradeoffs with engineering and product stakeholders to balance developer velocity and platform health.
- Lead ongoing discovery with internal engineering teams to translate needs into reusable platform capabilities.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog for the Shared Tech engineering team with clear acceptance criteria and outcomes.
- Own the strategy for internal event infrastructure and communications gateway services.
- Partner with engineering to scope and execute modernization initiatives to migrate off legacy systems.
- Drive operational excellence regarding performance, reliability, observability, and auditability.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure platform services meet regulatory requirements.
