Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Proven track record of multiple product launches with measurable outcomes.
- Experience building B2B SaaS for self-serve customers.
- Deep understanding of the mechanics of self-serve growth, retention, and pricing.
- Proficiency with AI tools like Claude for prototyping and automation.
- Demonstrable product taste and ability to explain detailed design/feature decisions.
- Ability to create clarity from ambiguity and work with high autonomy.
- Data-fluent with the ability to pull and interpret data independently.
- Experience operating in a fully remote, async-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Own a slice of the self-serve product and execute the roadmap for SMB customers.
- Define user problems and partner with design and engineering to ship effortless solutions.
- Convert new AI model capabilities into shipped features that impact usage and revenue.
- Engage with e-commerce sellers weekly to inform roadmap decisions.
- Perform independent data analysis to form hypotheses, measure outcomes, and prioritize future work.
