Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, real estate, or hospitality software.
- Track record of owning 0→1, end-to-end product, and feature development.
- Exceptional communication skills, especially written, with the ability to articulate customer concerns clearly.
- High degree of empathy toward customers and teammates.
- Intense focus on shipping products and ability to make trade-offs.
- Ability to manage complex projects, structuring them into work categories, dependencies, and priorities.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and persistent approach.
- Ability to make decisions when surrounded by uncertainty without needing a support system to maintain momentum.
Responsibilities
- Drive outcomes and own the results on multi-million dollar business lines.
- Develop and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements and features.
- Partner with sales, customer support, and engineering to ship features and products.
- Ensure new features are launched smoothly and on schedule.
- Prioritize, set the pace of execution, and balance engineering cost with impact.
- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.
