Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering excellent results in a professional setting.
- Demonstrated experience building marketing systems, processes, and playbooks.
- Strong ability to drive cross-functional alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Proven ability to create market-ready messaging, value propositions, and positioning frameworks.
- Experience managing product or feature launch programs end-to-end.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics, pipeline influence, and engagement data to inform GTM strategy.
- Experience with AI tools and a commitment to integrating them into daily marketing workflows.
- Must be able to travel up to 15 days per year, with potential for up to 35 days for senior management roles.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage complex schedules and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product and feature launches, from positioning and messaging to internal enablement.
- Develop sales assets, case studies, and battlecards to act as a subject-matter expert on messaging and competitive positioning.
- Plan and execute ongoing analysis of the sales funnel, win/loss data, and GTM strategy outcomes.
- Build and manage a company-wide launch process for planning and execution of critical product moments.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align market position and influence pricing/packaging.
- Incorporate AI-based workflows to optimize daily product marketing tasks and productivity.
