Requirements
- Proven experience delivering results in a senior product marketing or strategic role.
- Demonstrated ability to build systems, drive cross-functional alignment, and create organizational impact at scale.
- Experience in product positioning, messaging development, and GTM strategy execution.
- Strong proficiency with AI tools and desire to integrate them into marketing workflows.
- Ability to analyze sales funnel data, win/loss metrics, and market research to drive strategic decision-making.
- Capacity to manage complex projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to travel up to 15-35 days per year as required for company and team meetings.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new product and feature launches, from positioning and messaging to asset creation and internal enablement.
- Develop sales enablement assets including battlecards, case studies, and messaging frameworks to support the sales process.
- Plan and execute ongoing analysis of the sales funnel and GTM strategy, including win/loss analysis and sales cycle engagement.
- Build and manage a company-wide launch process to direct the scope, schedule, and execution of product rollouts.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and customer needs to inform strategic positioning.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align market position and influence pricing and packaging.
