Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Manager with concrete impact on activation, monetization, or retention.
- Proven experience with subscription-based products (B2B SaaS, B2C subscription, or B2B2C).
- Deep understanding of SMB e-commerce purchasing behaviors and SaaS utility adoption.
- Technical fluency in SQL and experience using analytics platforms such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
- Experience shipping a high volume of A/B tests personally within the last 12 months.
- Knowledge of funnel mechanics including paywall psychology, trial design, and various pricing models.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fully remote, async-first environment.
- Proficiency with AI tools like Claude to automate recurring tasks and improve shipping speed.
- Familiarity with web and mobile funnel differences and ecosystem flows.
Responsibilities
- Lead a squad to own activation, paywall, pricing, or retention metrics end-to-end.
- Execute a high-velocity experimentation program across web and mobile funnels.
- Ship weekly A/B tests and feature improvements based on user drop-off analysis.
- Analyze and interpret funnel data to form hypotheses and drive product decisions without reliance on data analysts.
- Partner with the User Acquisition team on the handoff from paid campaigns to product flows.
