Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise B2B SaaS or native AI platforms.
- Technical depth to engage with engineers on model behavior, conversation design, and channel architecture.
- Ability to reason about AI/ML tradeoffs including accuracy, latency, and trust.
- Demonstrated experience owning a complex, multi-surface product area with minimal oversight.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers to translate pain points into roadmaps.
- Proven track record of shipping features from discovery through delivery.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and structuring undefined problems.
- Strong communication skills to influence cross-functional teams without authority.
Responsibilities
- Own the Messaging Platform and roadmap for agent productivity and AI-assisted interactions.
- Define and execute the Virtual Agent and multi-channel messaging/voice roadmap.
- Lead AI Services including transcription, summarization, and AI-augmented response generation.
- Represent the product domain to enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.
- Manage documentation and ensure outcomes are measurable through data and telemetry.
- Balance customer commitments, technical debt, and long-term platform bets.
