Requirements
- Minimum of 4–7 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with strong exposure to AI-driven or platform products.
- Proven experience managing technically complex products involving AI, LLMs, or automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with automation workflows or agentic platforms (e.g., n8n, Langflow, or similar orchestration frameworks).
- Experience working with Conversational AI platforms, chatbots, or virtual agents in production environments.
- Strong understanding of LLM-based systems, agentic architectures, and AI-driven automation concepts.
- Deep understanding of agile and scrum methodologies and product management best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to bridge technical and business audiences.
- Proficiency with product and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, Loom).
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English (C1 level minimum).
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of Foundever's agentic platform—from vision and discovery to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Define and evolve the product roadmap for agentic capabilities, automation workflows, and AI orchestration aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders across operations, CX, IT, and analytics to identify, prioritize, and shape high-value automation and agentic use cases.
- Translate complex business and technical needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and platform capabilities.
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall agentic platform strategy.
- Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies to drive efficient and predictable delivery.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and architecture teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable platform design.
- Guide decisions around LLM integration, agent orchestration, workflow automation, and conversational AI capabilities.
- Track platform adoption, usage, performance metrics, and user feedback to guide prioritization and improvements.
