- Proven experience within B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success owning events that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Proven ability to navigate unexpected challenges and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales and executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with event technologies and reporting tools.
- Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the year.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Resourceful approach to high-visibility, complex event execution.
Responsibilities
- Own PetDesk's event marketing strategy and execution across tradeshows, conferences, veterinary association events, and virtual events.
- Develop and manage the annual events roadmap, identifying new opportunities to drive business impact.
- Drive event-sourced pipeline generation by partnering with Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Lead end-to-end event planning including logistics, vendor management, travel coordination, and booth activations.
- Build integrated engagement strategies for pre-event, onsite, and post-event phases to maximize lead capture.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to track attribution, lead routing, and campaign performance.
- Analyze and report on event performance, ROI, and pipeline generation.
- Manage event budgets and vendor relationships with a focus on financial accountability.
- Serve as the on-site leader to ensure seamless execution and resolve challenges professionally.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable event processes and playbooks.
