  • 3+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or similar industries.
  • Proven experience managing events that generate measurable pipeline, customer engagement, and revenue impact.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience partnering with Sales, Marketing Operations, and creative teams.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, make decisions quickly, and resolve unexpected challenges during high-visibility events.
  • Experience using CRM, marketing automation platforms, event technology, and reporting tools such as Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate event performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% of the year to support event execution.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to managing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an event marketing strategy covering tradeshows, conferences, industry events, experiential activations, and virtual experiences.
  • Build and manage an annual events roadmap aligned with growth goals and customer engagement strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end event planning, including logistics, vendor management, registrations, travel coordination, booth activations, and onsite operations.
  • Create integrated pre-event, onsite, and post-event engagement strategies to increase attendance, lead generation, and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to establish event goals, improve conversion strategies, and maximize revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate attribution, campaign tracking, lead management, and performance measurement.
  • Analyze event results to provide insights on pipeline generation, ROI, and future investment decisions.
  • Manage event budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships while maintaining financial discipline.
  • Represent the organization onsite at events, ensuring exceptional experiences for attendees and internal teams.
  • Develop scalable event processes, playbooks, and best practices to support program growth.
