- Lead GrantOS Platform design from discovery and research through shipping and iteration.
- Shape how grant professionals use the platform for task management, reporting, integrations, and data relationships across the grant lifecycle.
- Drive zero-to-one product development in greenfield spaces and help define the problem.
- Define interaction patterns and design system foundations for other product areas.
- Raise the quality bar across the design system and coach other designers.
- Conduct and synthesize user research independently, translating ambiguous needs into product direction.
- Partner with the product manager and engineering lead to drive alignment across product, engineering, and GTM.
