8+ years of customer-facing technical experience in enterprise IT, SaaS, or data protection.
3+ years of people leadership experience managing technical professionals.
Strong understanding of Veeam solutions or comparable data protection, backup, and recovery technologies.
Proven ability to lead managers or technical teams through ambiguity.
Experience building and scaling customer success practices.
Technical acumen across virtualization, storage, OS, cloud platforms, and automation.
Ability to engage executive stakeholders (CIO, CISO, VP) with business-value-focused recommendations.
Data-driven leadership style using metrics and health signals.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to build scalable processes for high-touch customer needs.
AWS or Microsoft Azure cloud certifications preferred.
VMCE certification preferred.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Engineers.
Set clear expectations for onboarding, adoption, success planning, and risk mitigation.
Drive technical capability in Veeam Data Platform, cloud, virtualization, and automation.
Monitor customer health, adoption, sentiment, and renewal readiness.
Act as a senior advisor and escalation point for strategic enterprise customers.
Partner with Sales, Renewals, and Product to align activities with account strategy.
Build repeatable plays to improve time-to-first-value and expansion.
Contribute to business planning by identifying growth opportunities.
