Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles within enterprise software.
- 1-2 years of technical experience in technical support roles within IT (preferred).
- Strong understanding of MariaDB and GridGain features, architecture, and Apache Ignite ecosystem.
- Ability to develop and maintain C-Level relationships.
- Proficiency in delivering custom ROI analysis for customer portfolios.
- Comprehensive understanding of customer success principles.
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate new features and releases.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers throughout the lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention.
- Formulate ongoing meeting cadences and serve as a trusted advisor and customer advocate.
- Articulate data management strategies leveraging MariaDB and GridGain capabilities.
- Provide proactive issue resolution and serve as an escalation point of contact.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Professional Services on upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
- Conduct regular business reviews to showcase value and align with customer goals.
- Manage customer health, engagement, and Net Retention goals.
