Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles within enterprise software.
  • 1-2 years of technical experience in technical support roles within IT (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of MariaDB and GridGain features, architecture, and Apache Ignite ecosystem.
  • Ability to develop and maintain C-Level relationships.
  • Proficiency in delivering custom ROI analysis for customer portfolios.
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer success principles.
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate new features and releases.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers throughout the lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention.
  • Formulate ongoing meeting cadences and serve as a trusted advisor and customer advocate.
  • Articulate data management strategies leveraging MariaDB and GridGain capabilities.
  • Provide proactive issue resolution and serve as an escalation point of contact.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Professional Services on upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to showcase value and align with customer goals.
  • Manage customer health, engagement, and Net Retention goals.
