Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience.
  • Proven experience owning campaign performance from strategy through optimization.
  • Experience managing Google Search Ads and Google Local Services Ads (LSA).
  • Experience managing multi-location or franchise advertising accounts.
  • Strong expertise in bid strategies, keyword management, and audience targeting.
  • Experience with conversion-focused landing page platforms like Unbounce or Instapage.
  • Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while taking full ownership of campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Google Ads MCC accounts across multiple markets and service areas.
  • Optimize Search campaigns for active service locations, including bidding strategies and keyword management.
  • Manage and optimize Local Services Ads (LSA) across multiple markets.
  • Build and optimize landing pages using platforms like Unbounce or Instapage.
  • Conduct A/B testing on headlines, calls-to-action, forms, and layout for conversion rate optimization.
  • Develop weekly and monthly performance reports for KPIs including CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Manage Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns including audience targeting.
