Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company.
- Proven experience running programs across at least two or three channels (email, paid, events, web, outbound).
- Experience marketing to existing customers, specifically with expansion, cross-sell, or customer lifecycle programs.
- Hands-on experience building automations or agentic AI workflows.
- Proficiency with data: ability to pull, validate, and report on campaign performance.
- Strong program management skills with a focus on timely delivery and proactive communication.
- Experience working collaboratively with sales, product marketing, and operations teams.
- Strongly preferred: experience with PLG or product-led motions.
- Strongly preferred: familiarity with the observability, monitoring, or open source ecosystems.
- Strongly preferred: proficiency with Marketo, Salesforce, and a modern data stack such as BigQuery.
Responsibilities
- Build and run expansion, cross-sell, and adoption programs for existing customers across email, in-app, web, and field channels.
- Support and strengthen multi-channel programs including paid, events, web, and outbound.
- Design and implement agentic AI workflows for audience building, content generation, and campaign execution.
- Translate marketing signals into actionable sales motions and partner with sales leadership to drive pipeline impact.
- Instrument programs and report on performance data to measure and optimize results.
