- High-growth tech or SaaS experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution across one or more complex, multi-team initiatives by setting direction and sequencing work.
- Build and evolve operational approaches, developing repeatable frameworks when standard playbooks do not apply.
- Analyze strategic connections between systems and teams across functions.
- Resolve complex, ambiguous situations using deep judgment and organizational context.
- Develop and maintain trusted cross-functional relationships to drive collaborative outcomes.
- Model clear communication and coach others through stakeholder and team conflict.
- Lead AI and automation adoption to redesign workflows and eliminate low-value tasks.
- Guide the development of tools and methods for the broader program management pool.
- Partner with BizOps leadership to ensure visibility into initiative health for company-level planning.
