Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or similar marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of creating demand generation programs that generate measurable pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM for campaign tracking, lead management, reporting, and pipeline analysis.
  • Experience building and optimizing ABM programs targeting enterprise customers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel performance data and communicate insights to leadership.
  • Experience managing campaign reporting, attribution models, conversion metrics, and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs across email, paid media, webinars, events, content syndication, and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the full marketing funnel from awareness generation through MQL-to-SQL conversion, ensuring lead quality, volume, and velocity.
  • Build and execute ABM strategies targeting enterprise accounts across priority industries and geographic markets.
  • Partner with sales leadership to define ideal customer profiles, account segmentation, and pipeline coverage strategies.
  • Own marketing automation activities, including campaign execution, lead scoring, segmentation, nurture workflows, and lifecycle programs.
  • Maintain data quality, lead routing processes, and campaign tracking across marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Develop attribution models, tracking frameworks, and reporting processes to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Create dashboards and performance reports covering pipeline contribution, lead conversion, acquisition costs, and marketing ROI.
