Requirements
- Proven, quantifiable success building B2B pipeline that converts to closed revenue ($3M pipeline / $1M marketing-sourced revenue benchmark).
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot ability (campaign setup, workflows, lead scoring, and routing).
- Experience operating at the manager or senior manager level.
- Comfort working in a lean environment with end-to-end ownership.
- Ability to articulate specific attribution and methodology for marketing-sourced revenue.
- Experience with paid media, LinkedIn ads, email programs, content, webinars, and events.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute demand generation programs to create qualified B2B pipeline and convert it to closed revenue.
- Architect and manage the HubSpot instance, including campaigns, workflows, nurture sequences, lead scoring, and routing.
- Develop and execute channel strategy across paid media, LinkedIn ads, email programs, content, webinars, and events.
- Create and deliver reporting that connects marketing activities directly to pipeline and revenue for leadership review.
- Plan and execute campaigns autonomously in a lean environment.
