- At least 5 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue-focused leadership roles.
- Proven success driving qualified pipeline growth.
- Experience executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience supporting both enterprise sales motions and digital or self-service customer journeys.
- Strong expertise in account-based marketing strategies and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly demand generation strategies aligned with revenue objectives.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns and global account-based marketing initiatives.
- Drive enterprise demand generation efforts by partnering with Sales and Revenue Operations.
- Oversee lifecycle and growth marketing programs to optimize lead conversion, engagement, and retention.
- Serve as the central coordinator for cross-functional campaign planning.
- Establish reporting frameworks and campaign measurement practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a demand generation team.
