  • At least 5 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue-focused leadership roles.
  • Proven success driving qualified pipeline growth.
  • Experience executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience supporting both enterprise sales motions and digital or self-service customer journeys.
  • Strong expertise in account-based marketing strategies and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly demand generation strategies aligned with revenue objectives.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns and global account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Drive enterprise demand generation efforts by partnering with Sales and Revenue Operations.
  • Oversee lifecycle and growth marketing programs to optimize lead conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Serve as the central coordinator for cross-functional campaign planning.
  • Establish reporting frameworks and campaign measurement practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a demand generation team.
