Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of healthcare education pathways, particularly nursing and allied health.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Demonstrated experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize outreach campaigns.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
- Experience with CRM and marketing/reporting tools.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel outreach by building and improving a repeatable prospecting motion to generate qualified meetings with healthcare employers.
- Manage pipeline in CRM, including stage management, activity tracking, and forecasting.
- Develop account plans and coordinate internal resources to move opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to manage contract reviews, redlines, and approvals.
- Lead discovery to diagnose employer needs and align Scholars Network solutions to workforce goals.
- Drive internal alignment across operations, finance, and program delivery teams to ensure deliverability.
- Create and iterate on sales materials, including pitch decks, ROI narratives, and email templates.
- Develop financial models to communicate cash flow, ROI, and workforce impact to employer partners.
