Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails with a professional attitude.

- Troubleshoot and guide customers through online platforms and mobile applications.
- Multi-task by utilizing multiple systems simultaneously to provide rapid resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions within Salesforce.
- Adhere to corporate security, company policies, and HIPAA guidelines.
