Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in the marketing or loyalty industry.
- Understanding of general marketing principles.
- Strong background managing operational workstreams and KPIs for client programs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strategic and tactical marketing experience across email, mobile, and social channels.
- Foundational understanding of financial business principles and data analysis.
- Technical acumen to understand martech platforms and ecosystems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Jira, Workfront, and SharePoint is desirable.
- SaaS and Retail industry experience are preferred.
- Experience supporting global clients and loyalty rewards fulfillment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain frequent and proactive communication with clients as the primary point of contact.
- Deliver cross-functional insights and strategic recommendations as a trusted advisor.
- Manage the 90-day planning cadence, including check-ins, planning meetings, and EBRs.
- Develop and operationalize account plans and technical roadmaps.
- Guide cross-functional teams across program strategies and initiatives to ensure consistent delivery.
- Coordinate internal efforts to create project estimates, track progress, and manage administrative duties like Jira time tracking and billing.
