Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in the marketing or loyalty industry.
  • Understanding of general marketing principles.
  • Strong background managing operational workstreams and KPIs for client programs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strategic and tactical marketing experience across email, mobile, and social channels.
  • Foundational understanding of financial business principles and data analysis.
  • Technical acumen to understand martech platforms and ecosystems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Jira, Workfront, and SharePoint is desirable.
  • SaaS and Retail industry experience are preferred.
  • Experience supporting global clients and loyalty rewards fulfillment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain frequent and proactive communication with clients as the primary point of contact.
  • Deliver cross-functional insights and strategic recommendations as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage the 90-day planning cadence, including check-ins, planning meetings, and EBRs.
  • Develop and operationalize account plans and technical roadmaps.
  • Guide cross-functional teams across program strategies and initiatives to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Coordinate internal efforts to create project estimates, track progress, and manage administrative duties like Jira time tracking and billing.
