- Strong strategic understanding of copy-driven conversion and experimentation.
- Self-directed time management with ability to meet consistent deadlines.
- Clear communication skills for explaining rationale to non-writers.
Responsibilities
- Write donor-facing copy including donation pages, fundraising appeals, and lifecycle communications.
- Produce paid media ad copy across platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Draft landing page content and headline variants for A/B testing aligned with hypotheses.
- Manage multi-client workloads across nonprofit, B2B, and B2C projects.
- Build, train, and maintain brand-specific AI writing agents to scale creative output.
- Collaborate with strategists and designers to ensure copy drives measurable conversion metrics.
