Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in writing direct-response, performance-based, or e-commerce marketing copy.
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-performing digital content such as ads, landing pages, emails, or product descriptions.
- Maintain familiarity with product claims, disclaimers, and guidelines to ensure consistent, accurate brand representation.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Write compelling, high-performing copy for paid media, landing pages, emails, SMS, product descriptions, blogs, and other digital channels.
- Craft persuasive direct-response and brand performance marketing content that highlights product benefits and drives conversions.
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging scripts for Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and other video assets.
- Optimize copy for SEO, engagement, and conversion while ensuring compliance with FTC & FDA regulations.
- Partner with marketing and content leads to maintain an organized content calendar and ensure deliverables are accurate and timely.
- Work with Product Development and CX teams to translate complex information into consumer-friendly messaging.
- Collaborate with Paid Media, Social, and Design teams to align copy with campaign goals and creative direction.
- Serve as a key proofreader for marketing assets and product labels to ensure quality and consistency.
- Use data-driven insights and A/B testing to refine ad copy, headlines, and messaging strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics like CTR and conversions to enhance copy effectiveness.
