Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in conversion, direct-response, or performance marketing copywriting.
- Demonstrated experience writing for digital channels: web, paid media, and email/SMS.
- Proven portfolio of copy written for testing, such as ads, landing pages, or email campaigns.
- Ability to rapidly absorb and adapt to multiple diverse brand voices.
- Strong understanding of strategic copywriting, including hypothesis development and objection handling.
- Demonstrated practical experience building AI writing agents, such as custom GPTs or Claude projects.
- Experience managing competing priorities and fast turnarounds in a multi-client agency environment.
- Strong self-management skills to consistently meet deadlines without micromanagement.
- Ability to articulate clear strategic rationale for all copy choices.
Responsibilities
- Write paid media ad copy for platforms including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Produce landing page copy based on briefs and wireframes in collaboration with designers.
- Draft conversion-focused copy for A/B tests, including headlines, CTAs, and value propositions.
- Create email and SMS lifecycle campaign copy tailored to client brand voice guidelines.
- Rewrite underperforming content by analyzing test results and proposing data-informed alternatives.
- Manage multi-client workflows, communicating proactively about capacity and project timelines.
- Build, train, and maintain brand-specific AI writing agents with custom prompts and guardrails.
