Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Demonstrated track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex signals into clear product recommendations.
- Willingness to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points.
- Manage user feedback loops by synthesizing data from reviews, support tickets, and research.
- Drive bug triage and resolution in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives including landing pages and compliance features.
- Partner with Design and Engineering to design A/B tests and experiments.
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into actionable hypotheses and requirements.
