Requirements

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex signals into clear recommendations.
- Willingness to maintain regular daily overlap with China business hours.
- Structured problem-solving approach to breaking down ambiguous tasks.
- Impeccable follow-through and ownership of project tasks.
- Ability to effectively collaborate across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points.
- Monitor user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research to generate actionable insights.
- Drive bug triage and resolution in partnership with engineering teams.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives including landing pages and compliance-driven features.
- Contribute to A/B testing and experiment design.
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and product requirements.
