Requirements
- 5+ years of copywriting experience in skincare, beauty, or an adjacent consumer health or wellness category.
- Proven track record producing effective copy across email, social, digital advertising, and web channels.
- Strong portfolio showcasing impactful headlines, long-form and short-form copy, and platform adaptability.
- Ability to simplify technical or clinical skincare information into consumer-friendly messaging.
- Working familiarity with SEO best practices for web copy and product content.
- Experience working with medical, legal, or compliance reviewers in regulated categories.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume projects independently in a remote-first environment.
- High adaptability to unstructured, fast-changing environments.
- Openness to AI tools and interest in applying them to copywriting workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing copy for Curology and Agency brands across packaging, PDP, websites, paid ads, social, and email/SMS.
- Maintain and evolve brand voice consistently across all consumer touchpoints.
- Translate marketing objectives into strategic, compelling, and consumer-friendly messaging.
- Apply SEO best practices to optimize copy performance.
- Partner with designers to develop creative concepts and go-to-market campaigns.
- Collaborate with medical and legal teams to ensure copy compliance without sacrificing effectiveness.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects independently while meeting deadlines.
