Email/SMS Marketing Manager

Build, QA, and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo.
Build and maintain automated flows, including welcome, post-purchase, and win-back sequences.
Manage send schedules and calendar coordination.
Develop on-site lead capture and subscriber acquisition flows.
Build and maintain customer segments based on behavioral and transactional attributes.
Own inbox placement, sender reputation, and deliverability monitoring.
