Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting candidates with TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearances.
- Experience working with the Northern Virginia Intel customer and other IC partners.
- College degree.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pipeline cleared IT candidates.
- Strong communication skills for candidate and client interaction.
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and technical SMEs.
Responsibilities
- Execute full life-cycle recruiting for fully cleared positions.
- Identify, contact, and pipeline cleared IT candidates.
- Develop job postings to attract top talent.
- Deliver high-quality candidate experiences.
- Maintain high standards of client service.
- Partner with hiring managers to manage and fill current and contingent positions.
- Coordinate interviews and hiring processes with technical SMEs and HR.
- Identify passive candidates and manage recruitment strategies to meet business goals.
