Proven track record of successfully closing engineering and product talent
Experience within a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
Strong ability to build trusted relationships with engineering and product leadership
Proficiency using recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions and improve process
Excellent collaboration skills with a willingness to work cross-functionally
Comfort operating independently in a fully remote, fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor — defining role requirements, building sourcing strategy, and aligning on hiring priorities and timelines
Build and manage a strong pipeline of active and passive technical and product talent through proactive sourcing and outbound outreach
Drive candidates through the process with speed and rigor, managing multiple concurrent searches without dropping quality
Use recruiting metrics and pipeline data to inform decisions, report on progress, and continuously improve process
Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and hiring teams to support Sidecar Health's hiring plan
