Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with ownership of high-bar roles.
- Proven track record of hiring GTM talent (Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions Engineering, Sales/Revenue Ops).
- Demonstrated success running searches for senior stakeholders (Director level and above).
- Strong ability to build effective outbound and passive talent strategies.
- Experience navigating complex hiring scenarios, pushback, and ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for recruiting efficiency and quality.
- Ability to contribute insights and data to raise the hiring bar.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end full-cycle hiring for IC and leadership roles.
- Partner with Customer Success and Revenue Operations leaders as a strategic advisor.
- Influence hiring decisions by analyzing funnel performance, market trends, and candidate insights.
- Build proactive talent pipelines through market mapping and long-term engagement.
- Employ creative outbound sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
- Optimize and simplify complex hiring processes to improve candidate and manager experience.
- Collaborate across the recruiting team to share knowledge and feedback.
- Apply AI and modern recruiting tools to improve efficiency and quality.
