Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Active experience selling Data & AI services such as managed databases, cloud data platforms, or AI implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to sell managed services and navigate procurement for recurring-revenue engagements.
- Experience co-selling with hyperscaler or OEM field teams, including familiarity with partner programs and deal registration.
- Strong internal project management instincts to orchestrate cross-functional resources across complex sales cycles.
- Hunter's instinct for new logos combined with relationship acumen for account growth and retention.
- Polished enterprise presence with the ability to engage confidently at VP and C-suite levels.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a territory plan using a mix of new logo hunting, inbound conversion, and account expansion.
- Maintain a robust, accurately forecasted pipeline in Salesforce and provide weekly reviews.
- Lead discovery and solution conversations around Production AI, AI Strategy, and Agentic AI with enterprise buyers.
- Articulate the business case for Database Managed Services and DBA support to support AI readiness.
- Co-sell with hyperscaler and OEM field teams to drive joint pipeline and leverage partner programs.
- Lead enterprise sales cycles end-to-end from discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Act as internal project manager for deals, coordinating across Solutions Architecture, Delivery, Legal, and Finance.
