Requirements

- Proven track record of partnering with GTM (Go-To-Market) leaders.
- Experience hiring for sales and technical sales functions.
- Experience working in a high-growth environment.
- Strong ability to source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a constantly changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Define talent needs by analyzing projected growth, team structure, and talent trends.
- Source and pre-screen candidates through various channels including sourcing, referrals, and inbound.
- Partner with hiring managers to build trustworthy relationships and align on hiring goals.
- Ensure a smooth and fluid candidate experience through the entire recruitment process.
- Identify and execute closing strategies for offers.
- Juggle multiple roles while maintaining a consistent pipeline using creative strategies.
