Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clearly and persuasively.
- Highly organized with experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and social media.
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion.
- Experience with Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
- Experience in recruitment, volunteer coordination, community outreach, or marketing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Research and post volunteer opportunities on listservs, professional networking groups, and community boards.
- Support the volunteer champions program by interviewing and coordinating advocates.
- Assist with LinkedIn Ads setup and campaign management during recruitment windows.
- Manage logistics for volunteer info sessions, including scheduling, facilitation, and attendee follow-up.
- Conduct personalized outreach via email, text, and phone to move prospective volunteers through the application pipeline.
- Draft and tailor recruitment communications, including outreach templates, decks, and flyers.
