Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Agency Operations, or Project Management.
- Marketing agency experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven experience creating SOPs and building operational systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience managing small remote teams while driving accountability.
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (HighLevel).
- Experience managing or supporting Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in project management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or Asana.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong asynchronous communication habits.
Responsibilities
- Own client relationships from onboarding through renewal as the primary point of contact.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify issues, and coordinate solutions to drive success.
- Build and maintain operational SOPs and documentation across all service lines.
- Implement scalable systems and automations using tools like GoHighLevel.
- Manage and coordinate a remote team, including specialists, social media, and creative staff.
- Set clear performance expectations and facilitate team check-ins to ensure quality and deadlines.
