Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise client relationships (guide, not a rule).
  • Proven ability to work proactively and independently while handling multiple moving parts.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to identify underlying client needs beyond surface-level requests.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams and achieving results without formal authority.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts simply and effectively.
  • Capability to work US Eastern Time hours across all weekdays.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Genuine interest in basketball with an understanding of the NBA season rhythms.
  • Ability to use AI and modern tools to improve speed, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the account forward daily by proactively identifying and addressing needs before they become problems.
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, delivery, and operations teams to land commitments.
  • Ensure the quality and substance of deliverables provided to the client.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, managing daily executive requests.
  • Translate client requests into clear priorities and actionable next steps.
  • Manage account planning, including roadmap development, renewals, and expansion efforts.
  • Lead client reporting to ensure insights are actionable.
  • Manage incidents and escalations by setting expectations and driving resolutions.
  • Utilize modern tools to improve documentation, meeting summaries, and usage analysis.
