Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting across both Mexican and US markets.
  • Experience leading or coaching Recruiters and/or Senior Recruiters.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Prior experience in a results-oriented Talent Acquisition or Human Resources role.
  • Exposure and knowledge of various recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team to provide best-in-class service and exceed client expectations.
  • Set clear performance standards and goals for the team, proactively addressing gaps.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to direct reports.
  • Develop recruiting metrics and analytics to provide insights and drive decision-making.
  • Partner with internal teams and client leaders to ensure successful implementation of new clients.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and become fully engrained in the client organization.
  • Develop strategic hiring strategies, including passive candidate outreach and recruitment marketing.
  • Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines.
  • Oversee Cielo-specific metric reports and P&L management.
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
