Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting across both Mexican and US markets.
- Experience leading or coaching Recruiters and/or Senior Recruiters.
- Proficiency in English.
- Prior experience in a results-oriented Talent Acquisition or Human Resources role.
- Exposure and knowledge of various recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team to provide best-in-class service and exceed client expectations.
- Set clear performance standards and goals for the team, proactively addressing gaps.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to direct reports.
- Develop recruiting metrics and analytics to provide insights and drive decision-making.
- Partner with internal teams and client leaders to ensure successful implementation of new clients.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and become fully engrained in the client organization.
- Develop strategic hiring strategies, including passive candidate outreach and recruitment marketing.
- Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines.
- Oversee Cielo-specific metric reports and P&L management.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
