Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proven field marketing or field sales leadership experience.
- Experience building and leading on-the-ground or distributed sales/field teams.
- Deep understanding of the Mexican market and SMB landscape.
- Strong people leadership skills including recruiting, training, and retention.
- Data-driven mindset with experience owning targets and P&L.
- Hands-on, scrappy approach suitable for an early-stage environment.
- Experience with commission-based or agent/field-rep models is a plus.
- Background in SMB SaaS, marketing technology, or AI products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own recruiting, training, field operations, and conversion targets for the Vanguardia Territory Partner org.
- Scale from the current core team into a nationwide field force.
- Develop team leads, set daily operating rhythms, and build culture.
- Hit weekly and monthly conversion goals and manage market metrics.
- Localize Omada's field GTM, pricing offers, and messaging for the Mexican market.
- Drive local demand generation, partnerships, events, and brand presence.
- Open new cities beyond Mexico City and assist in LATAM expansion planning.
